Barre is an energetic full body workout that will strengthen and lengthen every muscle in your body. This class combines elements from yoga, Pilates, and dance, set to upbeat music. We will use props such as a the barre, hand weights, balls, and bands to add variety and resistance. No two classes are the same.
It is an ideal workout for almost anyone, no dance experience required. Barre workouts are low-impact, easy on the joints, and able to be adjusted to any fitness level.
