During this class we will start with 20 minutes of gentle movement to iron out the kinks of the week and settle the body.

We will then move into a 15-15-15 minute silent meditation in supported savasana, savasana and seated positions.

You will learn how to quiet the noise and lay foundations for a regular meditation practice. Please feel free to bring a notepad and pen for any post meditative musings.
