30 MAY – 18 JULY; 1 AUG – 19 SEPT; 17 OCT – 5 DEC. Wednesdays 6:30 pm to 8:15 pm, £160. Held here at Studio Thirteen.
Mindfulness has many benefits for your whole well-being. It is a gentle, empowering, daily practice, of bringing awareness fully into the ‘present’ moment. It’s simply, the most perfect 'present' you can give yourself :-)
On the workshops you will discover what Mindfulness is; learn to understand the mappings of the mind; fully experience the various types of mindfulness & meditation; learn how to continue your own practice and start to make steps to a happier, healthier, fuller life.
The sessions are compiled of Mindfulness guided meditations; Mindfulness gentle movements; exercises; talks and discussions. They are held in small groups and are suitable for complete beginners, as well as the experienced and are suitable for any level of fitness. Booking is essential.
There is nothing you need to bring. You are perfect as you are. We want you all to feel welcome and comfortable, so we recommend you wear loose comfortable clothing, and don’t worry, we have various seating options.
