Life's winding paths and endless crossroads often
leave us feeling lost and confused. But many times, our
loss of purpose and growth stem from a lack of understanding of where we are currently, and where we ultimately want to end up.
So many of us feel like this at various points in our lives, but having a little guidance during these times provides motivation and inspiration to keep moving forward and keep making a difference in the world.
From 6-8pm, create a Life GPS with Laurie and Carrie from RISE. Go from feeling out of balance to having a well mapped out course of action. We will guide you through taking a full circle look at your life in the areas of: Self-care, Spirituality, Health, Money, Relationships, Fun, Work and Home. You’ll identify the areas that need direction and intentional focus. We’ll walk you through creating a step by step action plan in those areas. Just like a GPS to work it needs to know where you are and where you’re going, the Life GPS workshop will help you set your life navigation so you can move forward with intention and purpose.
From 8-9pm, recenter your body and mind with an hour of restorative yoga, led by StudioMOVE's Meg Burton Tudman. Restorative yoga is the yoga of non-doing, so be prepared to leave at the end of the night with a mind full of new insight, but your entire being feeling completely relaxed and refreshed.
