The annual Leigh A. Genasevich Memorial Golf Scramble will be held Saturday, June 2, at the Sugarloaf Golf Club, beginning with registration along with a hot dog and drink at 12:30 p.m.

The tournament kicks off with a shotgun start at 1 p.m. A pig roast dinner and award ceremony will be held after golf has concluded.

ENTRY FEE: Golfers over 18 - $80
Golfers under 18 - $60
Designated Putter - $40 (see below)
Entry fee includes green fees, cart, lunch, non-alcoholic
beverages, pig roast dinner*, dessert and prizes
* Vegetarian option available upon request

FORMAT: Tournament will be played in scramble format with 4 golfers per team. Each team has the option of adding a Designated Putter (“D.P.”). The D.P. will not hit golf shots but will be
allowed to putt with the rest of the team once you are on the green, giving your team 5 tries at each putt. You do not have to have a D.P. on your team, but this is a great opportunity for someone to participate who does not regularly play golf.

If you do not enter a complete team, we can place you on a
team.

All funds raised will benefit the PRC of Greater Hazleton for costs such as educational materials, rent, utilities and counselor training.

PM us to have an entry form emailed or mailed to you.
