Have you ever wondered what meditation is? Perhaps you have taken classes on how to meditate and still have questions. This practical and hands on two-hour workshop on meditation will give you a daily roadmap on how to use simple mindful ideas to ground yourself in presence through meditation in preparation for all that any given day will bring to you. While the workshop on stress elimination is not a pre-requisite, it would deepen your experience in this workshop. Please wear comfortable and light clothing since we will be practicing meditation techniques by either laying down or in a sitting posture. Handouts will be provided. All are welcome. Experience not necessary!
