In yoga, some arm balances, specifically those poses where only your hands are in contact with the floor, can seem intimidating; but don’t write them out of your practice just yet! This class is a fun, challenging class designed to teach you how to do arm-balances with greater mindfulness and ease. We often over-rely on force when working on these poses. This class will teach you the essential actions and movements to help your body understand the mechanics and leverage of arm-balances and make these inspiring poses part of your repertoire. No matter how experienced you are, arm balances are beneficial for all Yogis. Murielle and Elizabeth will create a safe and transformative space that will be appropriate for all levels of practice — no prerequisites!� Full 3 session $50.00 or single session $20.00, class size limited to 10, so sign up early!
