As nature awakens to the beauty of spring we get the urge to cleanse our house and our bodies both physically and energetically. The Five Tibetans are a series of exercises practiced by the Tibetan monks to achieve a state of physical well-being. This is a powerful sequence that can be easily practiced every day! In this workshop Kendell will combine the Five Tibetans with Sun Salutations for each Chakra, Kundalini Yoga exercises and a beautiful meditation to bring the energy of Spring to the body, mind and soul. The entire practice will be supported with live guitar music by Rick Romanelli! This is a mixed level practice and some yoga experience is helpful.
