Jameson is an avid cyclist and yogi. He believes that health and well-being derive from a balance of exercise, sleep, and nutrition. His passions for bikes and yoga have led him to create unique style that is geared towards the bicycle enthusiast. Whether you ride 5 miles on the weekend, or many miles every day, you will find benefits from yoga.
Yoga for Cyclists is an hour long group Yoga class. You will stretch into main muscle groups and joints. You will also find focus through deep and conscious breathing. The benefits include ease in your body, increased recovery times from long rides, strength and flexibility, greater range of motion, and much more. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome to join.
