Combining weights cardio and yoga, this 8 week series will increase strength, flexibility, and cardio vascular health. Justine will lead you through a fast, fun and effective class that is just as much a work out as it is a "work in." Leaving you with more energy, endurance, and a peaceful mind, this is a series not to be missed. We only have space for 12 students so please register in advance to secure your spot.
