These classes take your favorite yoga routines and put them on the water! Both yoga and stand up paddle boarding are great for building better
balance, coordination, endurance, and body
Move at a gentle pace as you balance the mind and body through meditation, breathing techniques and asanas.
Find blissful relaxation floating on your board.
This class is 1.5 hrs. The first half of class is a beginner lesson and we end with yoga on the boards before the sun sets.
All equipment is included
Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting wet !
No prerequisites to attend this class but should be comfortable in water and be able to swim.
