Day 1: Mexican Fiesta Menu: With bold flavors at the forefront, this menu of chunky guacamole and Chicken Fajitas is sure to please all. For dessert, indulge with our smooth and creamy chocolate pudding.

Day 2: Savor your way through Moroccan:Spend the day exploring Morocco’s vibrant spices and cuisine in Casablanca; learn to prepare an authentic meal & experience the real Moroccan culture, and take home some of the secrets of the Moroccan kitchen.

Day 3: Indian Bollywood Menu: With tradition in mind, we crafted an authentic menu that is sure to transport you to India. Our menu of Indian dishes with spices & seasonings and Naan bread is a symphony of flavors that is not only appealing, but also easy to prepare.
Day 4: Basta pasta Italiano: We’re going to delve deep into regional Italian pastas, making several types of dough from scratch. You’ll learn how to use a pasta roller, as well as how to create rustic shapes by hand, and we’ll dress up our pastas with divine homemade sauces & Cannoli Cones
