Life is stressful, no matter who, where or what. If you have no stress, congratulations, teach us your secret. For the rest of us we do yoga, exercise, go on vacation and occasionally indulge in the finer things in life to deal with stress.
What we also have is the ancient practice of acupuncture. In this workshop you will learn pranayama (breathing) techniques that are meant to help calm the nervous system and then be guided through a few a comfortable and relaxing restorative yoga position. Lastly, to top it off a simple acupuncture treatment known to help reduce and relieve stress will be offered.
