Kundalini Yoga, also known as the “yoga of awareness,” helps people awaken their consciousness, let go of limiting beliefs and increase their intuition. This type of yoga is a technology that combines breath, mudra, mantra, eye-focus, body locks, and postures to align ones relationship to the body, mind and soul.

Lisa brings a healing presence as well as a lightheartedness to her yoga classes which include: Tuning in, Kriya (Yoga Set), Deep Relaxation, Meditation

As a licensed special education teacher, Lisa has always enjoyed teaching and encouraging others, and she uses Kundalini Yoga to support young children as well as the school faculty.

Lisa has been practicing Kundalini Yoga for five years. Her journey began when she heard about this type of yoga through spiritual author and speaker, Gabrielle Bernstein. She fell in love with Kundalini Yoga as it developed her intuition, provided techniques for stress and vitality and calmed the mind with meditation.

With the desire to deepen her practice and knowledge of yoga, Lisa became a K.R.I certified Level 1 Kundalini Yoga Instructor. She completed her 200 hour training at the Yoga at the Ashram in Millis, MA. In addition, Lisa has completed Radiant Child Yoga’s training on Yoga for Autism, ADHD and Differently-Abled Children.

She is also studying intuitive development and energy healing from the Clairvoyant Center of Hawaii.
