This class will be a little of all my favourites. Using the physiotherapist approach to fitness of Pilates and the stretching and relaxation gifts of Yoga, we will balance the physical body. Postural concerns, muscular imbalances, tension and restricted movement will all be addressed in this customized session. We will gently and effectively learn how to strengthen our deep core muscles and spinal stabilizing muscles with deep breath work. There will be plenty of options and modifications, so each individual will get the most out of their time. Here, you will be empowered with the tools to heal, while strengthening and elongating your body. This is a small class, so individual attention can be given.
