Prenatal yoga is a wonderful way to relax and stay fit throughout your pregnancy, but the benefits don’t stop there. Practicing yoga during pregnancy may also help prepare you for labor and promote health for your baby. In this prenatal class we will tune into our inner wisdom through self-study or Svadyaya, gentle movement, meditation, Pranayama or breath work, and deep relaxation. Each trimester of pregnancy brings a new challenge. We will address these challenges by way of the following areas of focus: 1st Trimester – Stability and Inner Core; 2nd Trimester – Strength and Surrender; 3rd Trimester – Ease and Breath. Bring with you a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothing. All bolsters, blankets, and props will be provided.
