This class is designed to help new parents connect to their baby and their body through yoga. Baby & Me Yoga will help new families form a stronger bond through the use of specific yoga poses that will also serve to strengthen post-delivery bodies. We will utilize movement, music, breathing, and eye contact to encourage you and your baby to connect and spend quality time together. Parents are welcome to take individualized breaks as needed to feed or change diapers. Since babies are unpredictable, the structure of the class will be flexible in order to accommodate everyone's needs. Registration is for one parent/child pair; additional adults should register separately.
