This class draws inspiration from a traditional aerobics routine, choreographed to dance music, mixing with modern style moves (no impact). With low-impact options, one foot always remains on the floor – you do not have to do jumping or hopping if you wish not to. High-impact options moves at a steady pace, but you have the options of jumping/hopping more. Combining these with combat style moves, makes for a great cardio workout. Newer members can build confidence and coordination whilst more experienced members can build on impact and strength.
