Referred to as "the Zumba of Swing", SwingTrain is a dance fitness programme that brings the joy, fun and community feeling of swing dancing to the gym. Accompanied by the sounds of swing, gospel, rhythm & blues and jazz and inspired by the dance moves from those eras. SwingTrain is a full body workout designed to get you sweating and smiling!
No experience of dance is necessary and suitable for all levels of fitness - adaptations and advice are always available.
