In this five-week course, you will learn:
*Core strength techniques to stabilise and mobilise your body through various type of yoga asanas (standing poses, balancing poses, back bends, seated poses, forward bends and twists)

*Specific yoga poses and breathing techniques that promote fluid movement, relaxation and calmness. A regular yoga practice can assist with reducing stress, anxiety and tension.
