In celebration of International Pilates Day - we are having Pilates Month at Tahoe Mountain Fitness!

Never been to a Pilates class? Or never been to Tahoe Mountain Fitness? Then Pilates Reformer BASICS has your name written all over it. Reformers are Pilates machines that use springs and pulleys to provide variable resistance to assist and challenge the body. The variable resistance with Reformer Pilates is what makes it so unique and is why it’s suitable for every level of ability. Class sizes are small which allow for more individualized instruction. For NEW STUDENTS ONLY- Every Monday/ Thursday/ Saturday/ Sunday, during the month of MAY we are offering 45 minute classes for only $10!!
