The Gauntlet Challenge

Members! Challenge yourself to an extreme workout.

You’ll have 20-minutes to complete as many rounds of the following circuit* as you can. Prizes will be awarded to the top male and female in both the advanced and the beginner challenges.

1. Row 500m (10 resistance)
2. Ironman Rows 10x
3. Box Jump Burpees on the 18” box 10x
4. Step mill 10 floors (no hands on rails)
5. Push Press 20 x(male: 60 lbs./female: 45 lbs.)

Date: Saturday, April 21
Time: 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Cost: $10 per participant

*Circuit will be adjusted slightly for beginners. Pick your difficulty level when you sign up.
