Join us on the lawn at Tambea and take yourself away from the everyday. This hatha/vinyasa yoga class with accredited and experienced yoga teacher Karen Lenehan will give you an hour and a half of physically and mentally challenging yoga that will leave you feeling healthy, strong and focused.
After yoga join us for brunch, fruit, yogurt and muesli, freshly baked fruit muffins and savoury breads, perhaps a little danish or two. Tea, coffee and cool drinks (you can even forage in the garden to make your own tea from lemongrass, tea camellias, lemon balm or chamomile). Spend time with friendly people in our beautiful country setting and bask in the good vibes!
