Michele Moloney, the skills behind Tambea Jam, now brings you all the tips and tricks to help you create preserves that you can, and will, make time and time again. In this jam-packed class you will make preserved lemons, infused olive oil, chilli and red capsicum chutney, rosemary and sage salt and a seasonal fruit jam. Not only will you learn how to make the above, but you will learn the skills and the basic principals behind preserving that you can apply with confidence to other recipes. We have small class sizes (maximum of 6) so there will be plenty of opportunity for you to ask questions and get involved in the preparation.
