Join me for an energising Monday evening Hatha Yoga Class , where we will lengthen and strengthen our muscles , improve our balance and co ordination , and develop our flexibility.
We will be focusing on a number of core muscle groups during our practice and will also learn some great postures for our hips this week .
We will flow through our practice and co ordinate our breathing with our movement , finishing our practice with a deep guided yoga nidra relaxation .
Mats and all other equipment are provided.
