For over two decades Sycamore’s Cinco de Mayo festival has become a place for the community to gather and celebrate the Mexican heritage. Part of the success and prestige of the event is that all proceeds are put back into the community through local non-for-profits. Over the years, Sycamore Cinco de Mayo has raised over $150,000 for local non-for-profit agencies.
