Stop in and relax in the Stress Free Zone!
West Library, Classroom I-210, 7:30am-6pm M-Thurs, and 7:30am-5pm Friday.
This quiet and peaceful zone will be available on each campus the week of April 30th - May 4th. There will be resources and information on meditation and breathing, as well as stress relieving activities such as adult coloring sheets and board games.
