Learn how to whip up the famously delicious foods of our region, including how to make a roux and cook in a black pot from the author of the new cookbook, Pots, Pans, and Prayers. Participants will feast on the meal made together and take home recipes to concoct at home. Yum! Cooking will be interspersed with basic sewing techniques as the pots simmer.
