Teen Kitchen is the beneficiary of this pasta-making and wine pairing class. This class is geared towards adults 21 years of age and up.
Chef Marco Ilaria, A.C.F. is a certified executive chef with over forty years chef experience, 15 of those teaching at the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Rachel Lintott is the Associate Wine Director at the International Culinary Center where she oversees wine education and teaches wine classes. She has worked for the likes of Manresa, Dio Deka, and Hallcrest Vineyards--constantly striving to learn more about wine and food. She received her Certified Sommelier pin in 2013.
