Learn how easy it is to create fabulous, gourmet plant based meals with fresh whole food ingredients. You’ll come away with some cooking tips and tricks that will take some of the mystery
out of plant based food. Learn to make some plant based favorites that even carnivorous family and friends will love! The class will include some easy, tasty, comforting, and light recipes that are dairy free, cholesterol free, low in fat, and full of nutrients. Most recipes are Gluten Free. I’ll be demonstrating some plant based basics: Non Dairy milk, Versatile Vinaigrette, Pecan Burgers with Mushroom Gravy, and a Sweet Surprise. All recipes are easy to prepare and very versatile. I’ll show you how to take each recipe and transform it to suit your culinary tastes and food sensitivities. Included in the class are information handouts, recipes, and generous samples of all recipes prepared in class. Come hungry and bring a pen for note taking.
