Our journey exploring the Jewish Experience in Cinema continues with another "Movie That Mattered". Our next film, "A Serious Man", takes place in a predominantly Jewish suburb in the Midwest. Larry Gopnik is a college professor whose life is coming apart at the seams. Larry seeks advice from three different rabbis, but whether anyone can help him overcome his many afflictions remains to be seen. If you want to know how it all works out, join us on Tuesday, April 10 at 7:30 pm to see how this Coen Brothers film does or doesn't resolve Larry's problems. We have brand new cushioned folding chairs for your comfort, but bring a cush for your tush anyway!
