Join Coal River Farm’s master cheese maker Tim Gadischke on a fun-filled evening making and tasting several cheeses washed down with a glass of wine.
In this hands-on workshop, you will make Ricotta, Creme Fraiche (a French style sour cream), Quark (a German style cream cheese), Persian Fetta and butter. Along the way you will have a bunch of fun mixing flavours and doing some marinating. Plus, you will get to take home the cheeses you make during the evening.
Tim Gadischke is a Master Cheese Maker with 15 years experience in the speciality cheesemaking industry. Tim and his family recently moved to Tasmania to work on the new cheese making facility at Coal River Farm. Using everyday language, Tim helps make cheese making achievable by anybody.
