About the Instructor:
Rachael has been practicing yoga for over a decade, but it wasn’t until her pregnancy that she took a special interest in teaching “Mommy and Me” and Children’s Yoga because of the warm support she received from the yoga community. After her son was born she attended Asheville Yoga Center to complete her 200-hour teacher training program and is currently studying children’s yoga at Little Guru in Raleigh, North Carolina.
It is very meaningful for her to give new mothers the opportunity to reconnect with their bodies through breath and movement while connecting with their child. Her classes are designed for parents and caretakers to play, bond and move with child in a joyful and light-hearted way.
