Barre Sculpt -
Coach Lisa will take you through a 45 minute session of her super popular class that encompasses the disciplines of dance, Yoga and Pilates bringing you a awesome session of strength building, flexibility and core stability.
Creating Your Master Plan -
Now that your body and mind are connected, Coach Terri will have you creating your Master Plan so you can become the Master of your own transformation
Boot Camp -
Coach Theo will run you through a session of Boot Camp, to get the blood flowing, muscles pumping and fat burning! He is condensing his usual hour class into 45 minutes to introduce you to his favorite class.
Structural Balance -
Coach Terri will take you through a structural balance assessment identifying which muscles are strong, which are weak, how to deal with aches and pains and how to help move your body to the next level of physical freedom
The Importance of Eating Enough -
Nutrition Coach Dani, will take you through why starving yourself is not the answer to fat loss and how eating more can actually have you shedding the kilos faster than you could ever imagine!
Muscle Recover After Training -
Coach Terri will finish up with some tips on how to reduce those DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) after you train, so you can keep training at maximum capacity without all the excruciating pain!
