Vanessa has been practicing yoga for 21 years. During that time, she has had illnesses, injury, hormonal shifts and major life changes. Through these experiences she has discovered various ways to faithfully maintain her beloved yoga practice. She began teaching 15 years ago, and hasn’t stopped since. She teaches barre, yoga, workshops, teacher trainings and retreats.
