Un-shaming the Body In Practice is a workshop that gives students a reliable means of confronting all the reasons why we have culturally become disconnected from pleasure and intimacy, and then skillfully dismantles all the ways we use our “self care” and relationships to perpetuate our patterns. In this work, you learn to identify and engage long-held shame (and its origins) and transform grief and struggle into pleasure and power.
New pathways to intimacy will open up;, renewed focus on yourself and your purpose will appear. This workshop provides tools, training, community, support, and celebration of your process. This is our re / birth work. This is how we heal, how we grow, how we shift the status quo and get what we want.
