Chair yoga 4th session - Let’s warm up with yogic exercise!
Next chair yoga lesson event at Thaisara, which is held since May 2017, is planned on the last day of Golden Week holiday. The concept of this 4th chair yoga lesson is to energize your body and mind through yogic excise, breathing and meditation, so that you can enjoy upcoming early summer season after the holidays.
After the class, we will energize again body and mind with healthy Thai foods!
New to Yoga? Start here with the chair yoga sequences on fundamental yoga poses without yoga mat or yoga wear! The chair yoga can be performed by people of all ages and abilities. It’s also ideal for those who would like to feel secure exercising while seated.
A general instruction of yoga and chair yoga, as well as yoga breathing instruction will be provided during the session, so that you may try some poses smoothly. Join us and learn to energize and listen to your body!
