Come and join us for a free one-hour session on yoga, breathing and meditation. You will explore how you can use your breath to silence your mind, let go of stress and negative emotions and become more present in the moment. This is open to anyone, no matter if you have never experienced breathing techniques or meditation. Yoga mats will be provided so no need to bring anything!
