This class will be a blend of vinyasa flow and yin yoga.

We will flow through sun salutations and standing postures to build strength, followed with the passive long holds of yin yoga to target joints, connective tissues, and fascia.

A 90 min class incorporating meditation and pranayama (breathing) techniques.
