This style of yoga class combines yoga postures (standing and seated/lying on the mat) with breath and movement. It's suitable for newcomers to yoga who want to try a slightly more dynamic style of yoga or those who already practice vinyasa but prefer a slightly slower paced class. The class includes guided relaxation at the end. Please bring your own yoga/sticky mat.
Places are limited and are booked by the half term (6 weeks) and cost £30 for the 6 classes. Drop-in places may be possible if there are spaces. Please email or msg me for booking and availability for drop-in (on the day).
