An evening of great music to raise funds for the Matt Hampson Foundation and RUH Forever Friends 'Therapies Matter' appeal
Hosted by the local band Folk Lift Truck and the Vespa Physios. Wyn LLoyd is one fifth of the former and one half of the latter pair. The Vespa Physios are engaging in a series of challeges over the year raising funds for these great charities that benefit people who they work with in their working life. These challenges include pushing a canoe around the Bath Half Marathan course, climbing Snowdon with the Rugby player Ed Jackson and culminating in kayaking the Yukon River Quest the worlds longest annual canoe race.
So this night is a celebration and fundraiser for this and features some great music featuring:
Simon Allen - Simon is a song writer, originally from Northern Ireland. More often than not you'll find him fronting, alt-country outfit, littlemen. He's a former Bath Folk Festival New Shoots to boot.
Kirsty Clinch -is a redheaded singer/songwriter from Wiltshire, that loves making music to touch the hearts of many. She had previously performed in Greece and Nashville.
