The Bike Peddler and Pure Pilates Studio are teaming up to tune up your bikes and bodies so you’re ready to get out there and have the most enjoyable experience on two wheels.
Join us on April 22 for a special ninety minute workshop designed to get your body up and running for the season. The fantastic Sarah of Pure Pilates Studio fame will be guiding you through a set of self massage techniques using your new Yoga Tune Up therapy balls (oh yes, you get to to leave with tools, too!) to help you become a more mobile cyclist from toes to spine! More mobility equals stronger performance, not just pain relief. This workshop will give you the tools and techniques to relieve pain and get more movement to areas of the body that can become overworked and “stuck” after many hours on the bike.
As an added incentive, participants will be rewarded with a $25 coupon to be used on your next Bike Peddler bike tune-up. So Bike Peddler will get your bike to be a well oiled machine and Sarah will help you have the tools to do the same for you body!

If you have your own yoga mat please bring. There will be ones provided if you don’t. And wear comfortable clothing you can move in but not to baggy that the balls can get wrapped up.
