On Friday, April 13th, 2018, Fisher College of Business’ Association of Marketing Professionals (AMP) will be hosting its 9th annual Columbus Advertising & Marketing Practicum (CAMP) at the Blackwell Inn from 12:00pm-3:00pm with a networking hour to follow. CAMP brings students, business professionals, and faculty together to discuss pertinent topics in Marketing.
This year’s practicum, as being held on 'Friday the 13th,' will surround the topic "Myths in Marketing," which will cover misconceptions and reveal lesser known insights about marketing and advertising.
Keynote speakers are Bill Faust, Senior Strategy Officer at Ologie; Jason Parks, CEO/Founder of the Media Captain, as well as a conversation with Fisher MBA alumna Jenna (Algie) Measelle, Brand Manager at Abbott Nutrition. Additionally, AMP will be presenting the Marketer of the Year Award. The award is presented to a company that has demonstrated excellence, innovation and success in creating, communicating and delivering value to its consumers.
Tickets to CAMP are $25 per professional or $20 for bulk purchases (more than 1 professional ticket). Student and University employee tickets are free. Tickets include attendance, lunch, gift bag, and admission to a networking hour after the practicum.
