This workshop is for those of us who have trouble sitting still and meditating.
Billy Mays III aka Infinite Third will supply the meditative soundscapes as Rissa Wray guides a centering pranayama practice and gentle mobility exercises. Think of it like self-massage through movement and breath-expansion. Then, we will enjoy some aromatherapy essential oils and settle into extended passive postures of restorative yoga. Here, Rissa will talk you through mindfulness meditation designed to coax the body into a state of deep relaxation. And as you are carried away by the music of Infinite Third, Rissa will come around and provide some gentle hands-on relaxing touch to invite you even deeper into a state of stillness and bliss.
