William Jackson is offering a weekly meditation and discussion group starting Tuesday, April 3rd. This weekly group will be a one hour weekly meditation group. The first 30 minutes of class will be a silent meditation (5 minutes guided). The following hour of the class will be a mixture of group support on applying mindfulness to personal life, studying Buddhist texts, group discussions on recent meditation research and having a safe space to discuss how you really feel about things. This group will be focused on cultivating a space where people can practice together and share different beliefs, struggles and successes with leading a more intentional life.
