On the eve of Earth Day we're bringing together an amazing group of people to learn about the Power of a Plant-Based Lifestyle and devour an eco-friendly feast!
The event will begin with some finger-licking nibbles and you'll have time to mix and mingle, before we get down to business with three informative presentations:
< 1 > Eating For Good: Hannah O'Malley, Consultant & Founder of The Better Base, will talk us through how we can care for the environment by choosing to put plants on our plates. This includes the power to help reduce deforestation; land, water and air pollution; greenhouse gas emissions; species extincion and more.
< 2 > Next Level Health: Dr Luke Wilson, GP, will introduce the Whole Food Plant-Based approach and the impact this can have on health. You'll learn about five foods that can help take your health to the next level as well as five foods to avoid.
< 3 > Actions Speak Louder: Victoria Faith, Designer & Influencer, will share her story of moving towards a Plant-Based Lifestyle; featuring plenty of tips, tricks, killer recipes and advice on overcoming barriers.
When the talks have wrapped up you'll be served up a delectable dinner by our friends at The Botanist. The menu will be brand-spanking new and will be released shortly!
