Barre class uses a combination of postures inspired by ballet, yoga, and pilates with beer. The barre is used as prop to balance whole practicing excercises that focus on isometric strength training, combined with high reps of small range-of-motion movement. All levels of experience are welcome. Please bring your own yoga mat.


Class is 1 hour. Check in at 11:00 am class starts at 11:15am.
