Come and join us for PEAK (Performance Enhancing Approach to Kompetition)!
Dancers will be guided through 3 specific training modules over a 90 minute training session to achieve the fastest and most sustainable improvement possible. These modules are:
1) Ballroom Barre Coordination Exercises,
2) Competition Simulations,
3) Strength and Endurance Challenge.
You will be challenged technically, physically and emotionally so that any competition will be a walk in the park!
PEAK officially begins at 8:45pm. We have an open floor from 8:30-8:45pm for Newcomers practice and competitor warm-up, so come at 8:30pm to be prepared! PEAK will run every Wednesday evening at the Broadway Ballroom.
$10/person for full-time students
Bring running shoes and a yoga mat for the Strength and Endurance Challenge, as well as your usual dance attire.
