Chef Steve Hollingsworth will be teaching us how to use organ meats in the kitchen and make them taste good! Every traditional culture ate the entire animal, including the fat and the organ meats, the most nutritious parts! Eating organ meats is part of a healthy balanced diet.

The cost is $15 per person. We will get to sample the delicious organ meats Chef Steve will make.
