Five course food & wine pairing dinner, featuring some fantastic wines from South America!


Welcome Cocktail- House Made Red Sangria

First Course: Scallop ceviche tostada - fried corn tortilla, guacamole, shredded romaine, and cilantro-lime sour cream. Paired with Casillero del Diablo, Sauvignon Blanc.

Second Course: Chicken empanada - fried empanada filled with citrus roasted chicken, grilled peppers & onions, and Chihuahua cheese. Jicama herb salad. Paired with Casillero del Diablo, Chardonnay.

Third Course: Pork "al pastor" tamale - spiced masa dough filled with roasted pork. Served with Spanish rice, Cuban black beans, and pico de gallo. Paired with Trivento, Golden Reserva Malbec

Fourth Course: Prime hanger steak - sweet corn and poblano puree, spiced potatoes, and dark chili demi. Paired with Concha y Toro, Gran Reserva Carmenere.

Fifth Course: Mexican Dark Chocolate Mousse with Ancho and Orange. Paired with Marques de Casa Concha, Cabernet Sauvignon.
